How long do we keep your information?

When you register, you are offered the facility to use an address look-up service provided to us by a third party called SPIRIT. This is a UK based database of schools supplied to us by The Education Company Ltd. We use this database to gather supplemental information, such as your school postcode. This allows us to simplify your registration process and monitor which resources you open to assist us in our development of new resources.

Freedom of information enquiries
If you represent a public authority governed by the Freedom of Information Act and you wish to consult with a bp stakeholder about a potential disclosure of bp information pursuant to a request you have received please email [email protected] giving your name, the name of the public authority you represent, your contact details, the nature of the request and the deadline for disclosure and a responsible bp person will contact you.

Children
