How can I use this with my class?

Use these resources to explore the parts of a plant with your class. The presentation contains information about parts of a plant, foods we can eat and an introduction to careers.

Use the parts of a plant activity sheet to explore keywords such as leaves root and stem by labelling a tomato plant. Use the sheet with the poster for investigative learning.

After learning the parts of a plant, you can use the plants we eat activity sheet with the presentation to look at different examples of plants we eat, drawing and naming a type of food for each part of the plant we can eat.
